The Health Sciences Library is located in Prior Hall, which is southeast of the main entrance to University Hospital.
SAFEAUTO Garage
From Medical Center Drive, turn left onto Westpark Street. The SAFEAUTO Garage is located on the left and is connected to the medical center by a walkway bridge on the second floor.
9th Avenue East Garage
Take Medical Center Drive to W. 9th Avenue, and turn right. Once on W. 9th Avenue, access to the garage will be on the right.
Parking Meters
Meter parking is available along 10th Avenue in front of the Fry Optometry Clinics. There is a 2-hour limit at these meters.
Persons with Disabilities
Parking for persons with disabilities is available in all patient and visitor parking garages.

All OSU students, staff and faculty should automatically have swipe access to the building. Unfortunately, we are generally unable to add access to OSUWMC badges. Schedule an appointment with the BuckID Office in the Ohio Union to obtain a BuckID.

Individuals in the health sciences colleges (Colleges of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Optometry, Pharmacy, Public Health, Veterinary Medicine and School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences) and others who need access to the library outside of normal library operating hours can request Extended Library Access (ELA).
ELA gives users access to the 3rd floor library study space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Medical students with access to the HSL's Medical Student Zone should not request ELA. All others must complete the ELA Request Form to apply for Extended Library Access.
