The function of Ohio State University (OSU) Extension is to provide outreach and education to people in their own communities around Ohio. Extension office are located in each county to provide support and many house field specialists in that county. Extension staff connect with people in all stages of life, from young children to older adults. We work with families and children, farmers and businessowners, community leaders and elected officials to build better lives, better businesses and better communities to make Ohio great.
Online extension resources include the Ask an Expert service where you may receive research-based answers to a question on your specific topic. Extension educators have also produced fact sheets on a variety of topics that are available on the OhioLine website.
