Health Information for the Public

The patient education departments of the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and The James offer easy to read, easy to understand, reliable handouts on many health conditions.  These handouts are available for you at no charge.

The James Patient and Family Resource Center has a wealth of information on cancer. Visit the website to learn more about Community Cancer Education Resources, Patient Education Resources, Mental and Emotional Well-Being, Support Programs and much more.

The Patient and Family Resource Center is located on the ground floor of The James (460 W. 10th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43210) near the grand staircase at the east end of the lobby.

• The center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

• If you are unable to visit in person, you may also fill out a request form and the information will be delivered to you at no charge.
