Chaplaincy & Clinical Pastoral Education

Welcome to the Chaplaincy & Clinical Pastoral Education Guide!  This guide is intended for Chaplaincy staff and residents, as well as CPE interns and staff, and provides helpful resources to support you in your chaplaincy work and research.

After reviewing this guide, users will:

• Be aware of a wide variety of chaplaincy and CPE resources available through the OSU Health Sciences Library
• Discover resources outside of the Library that can assist with chaplaincy and CPE related questions
• Learn about the importance of citations and different citation management tools available
• Know who to contact for additional research help

The Health Sciences Library (HSL) is located in Prior Hall.  You can visit in person or access resources directly through the HSL website.

The Library for Health Information (LHI) is located in the 5th floor, Rhodes Hall Atrium.  The LHI is the consumer health branch of the Health Sciences Library and provides patients and their families, staff, and the general public with lay language, evidence-based health information.

The LHI is open Mon-Thurs: 7:00am-4:00pm M-Th, and Fri: 7:00am-12:00pm.
