Dietetics & Nutrition

Founded in 1917, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.

A group whose mission is "To Advance the Science, Education and Practice of Nutrition". ASN publishes 4 journals, including The Journal of Nutrition, The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Advances in Nutrition, and Current Developments in Nutrition.

Established in 1921, OAND is an affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

The Student Dietetic Association advocates the nutrition and dietetics professions by being involved in the community through volunteering, fundraising, socials, & all around having fun. All Medical Dietetics students are automatically part of SDA. All other OSU students who are interested in nutrition and dietetics are encouraged and invited to get involved

SNEB is an international community of professionals actively involved in nutrition education and health promotion, and is dedicated to promoting effective nutrition education and healthy behavior through research, policy, and practice.

Founded in 1976, ASPEN is a medical professional organization whose members are involved in the provision of clinical nutrition therapies, including dietitians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, scientists, students, and other health professionals.

ISBNPA promotes research in behavioral nutrition and physical activity and brings together a cohesive group of individuals working across the globe in the field.
